Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Integration DevOps Manager for our client in Finland.

The role: managing and coordinating the Customer´s integration development team. The emphasis is on the managerial capabilities but also architectural understanding and technical background is a plus. The integration platform in use is SAP Integration Suite. Experience from this tech is a plus but not a necessity for the role.

- Collaborates closely with the Customer to establish and define support procedures, ensuring a clear and effective support framework.
- Takes responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation of support services, including handling escalations and critical issues.
- Continuously identifies opportunities for improvement and drives initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of support services.
- Oversees and monitors support processes, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensures that service quality meets or exceeds defined standards.
- Acts as the single point of contact for the Customer, coordinating all communication and interactions between the Customer and the support team.
- Supports the Customer-internal integration team in planning, designing, and realizing new requirements for integration projects.
- Creates concepts and blueprints for interface development, providing a clear roadmap for implementation.
- Contributes deep knowledge of the Customer´s integration landscape, current technologies, and industry best practices to ensure the highest level of integration quality.
- Ensures the transfer of knowledge and best practices back to the DevOps team, promoting ongoing improvement and consistency.
