Role Description – Senior Product Owner

In this role you are responsible of Marketing & Sales area technologies in our client's FrontOffice Solutions team. You help Domain Owner to lead Marketing & Sales area, teams, define stories and prioritize the team backlog while ensuring that development follows the strategy and maintains the conceptual and technical integrity of the features. You are also helping product management to determine vision, scope and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.

You will work closely with the FrontOffice Solutions teams as well as business stakeholders. In this role, we expect you to have technical understanding of solutions of the Marketing & Sales technologies to drive them to the next level with the development teams. We also expect you to have a proven track record in leading change in larger entities, drive centralization projects as well as other needed projects.


Key job responsibilities
• Responsible of planning, developing, monitoring and managing services, which includes Marketing & Sales applications
• Strong Salesforce knowledge is must have, including prior experience from Salesforce CRM modules
• Knowledge from Hubspot, Freshdesk, Selligent, etc. seen as a benefit
• Collect business requirements and needs and maximize benefits for the business
• Capable to drive centralized mindset and ensures centralized deliveries of business needs
• Help to define the roadmap together with Marketing & Sales Domain Owner and stakeholders and according to strategy
• Lead development teams, ensures deliveries in the agreed schedule
• Deliver required outcomes by managing relationship with contract service providers
• Support the creation and analysis of business cases for front office solutions lifecycle

Job requirements

You are:
• A strong communicator and team player experienced in Agile way-of-working (SAFe & Scrum) and project management area
• A good sparring partner for development teams as well as process experts/key persons
• Enthusiastic to drive strategic changes to the operations of our development team and stakeholders
• Self-starter, working effectively and independently
• Able to multi-task and establish priorities in good relations with key persons

You bring:
• At least five years of experience as Product Owner, Service Manager or in a comparable role
• Experience in working in an international environment with distributed application development teams and stakeholders
• Cross-functional knowledge and strong at collaborations, i.e. ability to steer the end-to-end process and understand how it fits together;
• Fluent Written and Spoken English;
• Excellent relationship/ stakeholder management skills
• Driving force of the development of centralized product information management
• Knowledge of Salesforce (Must have)
• Hubspot, Freshdesk, Selligent and AWS development is seen as benefit
