Description of the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive knowledge of React and ReScript. The ideal candidate will have both a deep understanding of modern frontend technologies and also backend competence and experience. You will play a key role in shaping the our web applications, working closely with our product, design, and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop complex web applications using React and ReScript.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
* Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
* Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Conduct code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, bringing new ideas to the table.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.
* Extensive experience with ReScript and a deep understanding of its principles and ecosystem.
* Knowledge of backend technologies and RESTful APIs. (Java/Spring Boot)
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
* Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and web standards.
* Experience with state management libraries (e.g., React Query, Jotai).
* Familiarity with build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to Have:
* Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools (Cypress).
* Knowledge on cloud platforms (Azure)
