The requirements of this role:

- Experience in architecting and building large TypeScript / JavaScript applications on modern frameworks (preferably React) with hundreds of contributors.
- Experience in architecting and building large-scale, high-traffic web applications and platforms.
- Experience in leading and guiding large development communities or organisations in enterprise context.
- Experience in platform engineering and/or software framework development.
- The ability to sell and execute organizational and process changes on enterprise scale.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Finnish.
- Deep technical expertise (both in software architecture and development).
- Modern browser frontend technologies, standards and frameworks.
- Microsoft Azure.
- Integration technologies such as Websockets, gRPC, Event-Driven Architecture.
- Cloud platforms and technologies.
- Custom DevOps tooling and Infrastructure as Code.
- A/B testing and Web Analytics.
- Accessibility and Design Systems.
- Modern IAM architecture and OIDC.
