The role of the Product Owner is to take ownership of the roadmap and backlog of the team responsible of the Data Hub team in Insurance Platform Renewal area.

A product owner is responsible steering the development team by building & maintaining a product backlog, derived from higher level roadmaps. Moreover, Product owner ensures the development team is at any given time working on the right things producing valuable outcomes.

Fluent English language is necessary and fluent Finnish.

Statistical and Analytical Skills:
•Experience in data asset and data product projects
•Problem-solving abilities in translating business questions into analytical solutions

Technical and Programming Proficiency:
•Familiarity with data ELT/ETL tools (e.g., databricks, ADF)
•Knowledge of data models and their definitions

Communication Skills:
•Experience creating clear and concise data visualizations
•Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
•Product management skills

Business Acumen:
•Demonstrated understanding of business processes and objectives.
•Experience working on different data projects
•Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders to gather insights.
•Ability to catch and address data quality issues
