Your typical working week is a mix of these primary responsibilities:
• Working on the more challenging technical concepts and figuring out the optimal solutions for the whole CRM ecosystem with other lead developers.
• Building a craftmanship culture in the development community, by leading and mentoring other developers.
• Setting the standards for other developers with best practices and ways of working so they can learn to help themselves.


Competencies and experience that ensure you will thrive in the position:
• Several years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and Power Platform development/configuration (Sales, Customer service).
• You have relevant and valid D365 and Power Platform certifications for this role.
• Several years of experience in CRM development, which enables you to understand how things work under the hood, not just on the UI level where configuration happens with Dynamics.
• Experience in architecting and navigating complex environments, with a strong understanding of both high-level and hands-on implementation is highly valuated.
• Software engineering or similar theoretical background.
• Driven working ethic.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in working in large and complex IT system renewal programs, CRM renewal experience is seen as a plus.
• Experience on devops and setting up CI/CD pipelines is seen as a plus.
• Fluency in English and Finnish.
