Olemme etsimässä asiakkaallemme Lead AI Developeria johtamaan useamman ohjelmistokehitystiimin AI-kehitystä sekä luomaan ja kehittämään asiakkaan AI-kehityksen prosesseja ja toimintatapoja.

Asiakas odottaa osaamista seuraavista:
- 8+ vuoden kokemus ohjelmistokehityksestä, DevOpsista tai teknologiajohtamisesta
- Vahva ymmärrys ohjelmistokehityksen kokonaisuudesta ja toimitusprosesseista
- Käytännön kokemus AI-avusteisesta ohjelmistokehityksestä (esim. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AI-agentit)
- Microsoft ja Microsoft Azuren ohjelmistoympäristön tuntemus
- Kokemus ketteristä menetelmistä ja Lean-ajattelusta
- Erinomaiset mentorointi, fasilitointi- ja viestintätaidot
