We are looking for a Lead Architect with AI expertise for our client.

The Lead Architect is accountable for the end-to-end intelligent architecture, design integrity, and technical direction of our client's Intelligent Solution. This AI-driven solution contains platforms, automations, data and AI capabilities. The Intelligent solution enables scalable, intelligent and AI driven lifecycle management while increasing operational efficiency.

The Lead Architect defines and governs the overall architecture of the Intelligent solution. The Lead directs the technical and development teams responsible for detailed design and implementation. The Architect acts as the primary architectural voice to senior management.

Key responsibilities:

Architecture Leadership
• Own the end-to-end Intelligent Architecture and AI agents of the Intelligent Solution. Ensure architectural solution coherence, integrity, and alignment across all components.
• Define and maintain the architectural principles, standards, and guardrails that govern how agents, tools, and workflows are designed and deployed. The solution shall be open source based and containerized.
• Ensure the architecture adheres to ISO27001standards and GDPR regulations.
• Drive the architecture roadmap, balancing short-term delivery priorities with long-term scalability and platform evolution
• Drive innovation and continuous assessment of emerging technologies.

Technical Leadership
• Lead and Guide a team of architects and ensure that the lead data engineers, platform engineers, and AI/ML specialists are capable to translate the overall architecture into detailed, implementable designs.
• Provide technical direction and decision-making authority on key architectural choices and reusable components
• Direct engineering best practices such as infrastructure-as-code, policy-as-code
• Ensure architectural decisions are documented, versioned, and promotable through agreed review and approval processes.
• Design for operational resilience architecture: e.g. event buffering, partial outage tolerance.
• Provisioning of data architecture enabling sufficient monitoring and reporting capabilities

Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as a lead or principal architect in complex Intelligent enterprise-grade platform environments
• Expertise in cloud-native AI based architecture across hyperscalers and hybrid/on-premises environments
• Experience with modern data platform technologies,
• Strong command of containerization for scalable, portable workload orchestration
• Deep understanding of multi-agent AI framework architectures
• Knowledge of RAG-based architecture, MCP, knowledge graphs, and semantic retrieval systems
• Experience with AutoML, AIOps, and explainable/responsible principles
