The description of the role:
The main purpose of the role is to oversee a product renewal. You will be responsible for driving planning and creating schedules and the roadmap for product transformation together with business stakeholders, removing bottlenecks, and finding solutions to potential systemic issues.

You have a proven track record of successfully executing projects where products are transformed to a new system.  

The requirements for this role:
- Strong project management and/or agile lead experience.
- Work planning and reporting skills.
- Proactive, systematic, and result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent facilitation skills.
- Communication skills in English and Finnish.
- Domain experience in finance.
