Tasks in this role:
- Developing data pipelines for data extraction, transformation/calculation and loading into new data products with automated testing and data quality aspects included.
- Understanding business requirements and modelling specifications and translating them to data requirements.
- Investigating and analyzing data availability and usability throughout the data landscape.
- Planning the data architecture transition towards target state architecture, initially to AWS cloud and ultimately to Azure cloud environment in cooperation with relevant parallel projects.
- Communicating with model owners and other stakeholders.
- Fluent Finnish and English.

Mandatory skills in this role:
• Experience in cloud-based data processing solutions (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Unity).
• Advanced knowledge of Python language (Pyspark, Numpy, Spark).
• Designing, developing and managing data processing pipelines.
• Advanced experience of CI/CD pipelines: packaging, deployment and moving solution to production. (Azure, AWS CDK, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills, team player mentality, and good communication skills.

Optional/Beneficial skills:
• Advanced skills in SQL and experience in creating and managing ETL pipelines.
• Data analysis experience.
• API experience (FastAPI etc, Docker)
• Basic knowledge of MLFlow.
